Membership Fees & Refunds
Lifetime Membership for Sole Attorneys, Law Firms With Multiple Attorneys, and Cooperating Law Firms (With Multiple Attorneys).
Million Dollar Membership: $1000 for each attorney, including each subsequent attorney from the same law firm or cooperating law firm who actively participated in obtaining the same qualifying settlement, judgment or award.
Multi-Million Dollar Membership: $1500 for each attorney, including each subsequent attorney from the same law firm or cooperating law firm who actively participated in obtaining the same qualifying settlement, judgment or award.ALL MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDE:
- lifetime use of the universal and customized logos, - designation of either Million Dollar or Multi-Million Dollar Member in the General and Practice Area directories, - the option to upload a photo, - a 400 maximum character bio., - the option to designate up to two different board certifications, - a press release, and - a complimentary first year website link and law firm listing.
Optional Benefits & Upgrades
I. Upgrading Membership to Multi-Million Dollar Member With Press Release
Million Dollar Members may upgrade their membership to a Multi-Million Dollar Member by certifying the new qualifying settlement, judgment or award and paying a one time fee of $500. The upgrade fee includes rights to the Multi-Million Dollar Member universal logo, customized logo for the new qualifying settlement, judgment or award, a re-designation in the directory listings as a Multi-Million Dollar Member, and a press release announcing the Member's upgrade in membership. II. Upgrading Customized Logos With New Dollar Value & Optional Press Release
If an existing Million Dollar Member or Multi-Million Dollar Member achieves a qualifying settlement, judgment or award in the future which surpasses the existing value of the current customized logo, then the Member may obtain new customized logos by certifying the new qualifying value and paying a one time fee of $250 (e.g., a Million Dollar Member with a settlement value of 1.5 million later achieves a higher value of $1.8 million).
Member may also request an optional press release for an additional $250 to announce the new qualifying award, settlement or judgment. See Press Release for information about the press release content.
III. Additional Directory Listings & Optional Press Release
Members who have qualified in more than one Practice Area may purchase additional Practice Area directory listings by certifying the additional Practice Area and paying a one time fee of $250 (e.g., a Member can be listed in multiple Practice Area directories such as Personal Injury and Probate as long as the Member qualifies in each Practice Area).
Member may also request an optional press release to announce the qualifying award, settlement or judgment in the additional Practice Area for a fee of $250. See Press Release for information about the press release content.
IV. Website Link & Law Firm Listing (First Year Included in Membership)
Each Member receives their first year, beginning on the date of membership, a complimentary listing of their web address linking to the Member's website and a listing of the Member's law firm. The Member's web address link and law firm listing will appear within the Member's directory listings. Member’s may renew their web address link and law firm listing after the first year for an annual fee of $250.
V. Optional Press Release Only
Existing Members who desire only a press release for any past or future qualifying awards, settlements or judgments, may request a press release for $250 per case after certifying the award, judgment or settlement. See Press Release for information about the press release content.
Refunds
Applicants denied membership for any reason will receive a full refund of all paid fees.
Member’s renewing the web address link & law firm listing may terminate the service at any time by written notice. If terminating prior to the expiration of the annual renewal, Member will receive a pro-rated refund starting with the month of termination.
